The Chapman Estate is a highly visible and well-known Central Coast property. The estate has been an integral part of the Shell Beach community since Clifford Chapman purchased the property in 1962.
After Chapman’s passing, his wish for continued use of the estate grounds for annual private fundraising events and the community’s enjoyment has continued. This is lucky for us in order to enjoy this spectacular property!
For those spending the weekend, there are many great activities and attractions in the area including Hearst Castle, hiking, kayaking and other beach activities. Of course, there is also wine tasting at some of the area’s best wineries in Paso Robles, Edna Valley and beyond.
