Bryan joined Charter in 1989 after having attended Rhodes College and later receiving a BS in Business and marketing from East Tennessee State University. While at Charter Bryan has concluded sales and leasing transactions with a total gross aggregate value over $600,000,000. He has represented a diverse client profile including such notable corporations as FedEx, Coca Cola, Schlumberger, Sonic Automotive, Tecumseh Power, Goodyear, Tennessee Valley Authority, International Paper, Shutterfly, Lennar Partners, Astec Industries and McKee Corporation.
Bryan has served in every capacity at the chapter level. He later served as Regional Director for the Southeast. Currently, he serves on the Nominating committee and the South East Regional Conference planning committee and is Chairman of the 2023 Regional Conference in Chattanooga.
