Grant Lindley is an Executive Director of Cushman & Wakefield’s Industrial Advisory Group, based out of Indianapolis. As part of a four-person team, Grant is primarily focused on Tenant Representation with specialization in leasing, sales, acquisitions, supply chain, and build-to-suit projects. Grant has been involved in the sale and lease of over 69 million square feet valued in excess of $2.067 billion. Consistently ranked as a top-producing team in Indiana, Grant and his team have been named NAIOP Industrial Broker of the Year three times since 2015. Grant is an active SIOR and CCIM designee and currently serves as the SIOR Indiana Chapter Admissions Chair.
