Gary Martinez, SIOR, CCIM is an industrial member of the SIOR Inland Empire & Orange County Chapter and currently serves as the Chapter President for 2025–2026. He serves as Senior Vice President and Broker of Record at Ashwill Associates, specializing in the sale and leasing of industrial and investment properties throughout Southern California.
With more than two decades of commercial real estate experience, Gary is known for combining market expertise, data-driven analysis, and innovative technology to help owners, investors, and occupiers maximize value and make informed real estate decisions. His experience includes the representation of industrial parks, owner-users, institutional investors, and investment sales transactions across Orange County, the Inland Empire, and Los Angeles County.
Gary is also a CCIM Institute instructor, teaching CI102 Market Analysis courses throughout the country. He is passionate about integrating real-world applications, demographic analysis, GIS tools, and AI-driven technology into commercial real estate education and client strategy.
In addition to his brokerage and teaching roles, Gary serves on several industry and nonprofit boards, including The Whole Child, SoCal CCIM, and the Cal State Fullerton Real Estate Association.
