Matt is Managing Director of Corep and a member of SIOR, the global network of leading real estate advisors. He brings over 15 years’ experience advising occupiers – from ambitious scale-ups to global corporates – on how their property strategy can underpin growth and culture. His work spans workplace strategy, site search and acquisition, lease negotiations, disposals, and portfolio optimisation, with particular depth in the office and life sciences sectors.
Before founding Corep, Matt led JLL’s Regional UK Tenant Representation team and served as agency lead for Life Sciences, advising some of the world’s most innovative organisations.
