Eric Fuhrman began his professional journey as an apprentice in the field of architectural design and commercial construction project management, where he honed his skills in space planning, construction, and estimating. Currently serving as the Managing Broker and President of Crye-Leike Commercial, he oversees the Memphis metro area's commercial real estate division. Crye-Leike, Inc., the parent company, ranks No. 3 among the nation's largest privately-owned real estate firms, with over 3,000 agents throughout the United States and over $6 billion in annual sales.
Eric specializes in the sale and lease of office and industrial properties and leverages his 20 years of brokerage experience to bring originality and productivity to the service of his global client base.
He is a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) a Cubs fan and native of Chicago but quick to inform his friends and colleagues that he has adopted Memphis as his home. Eric Fuhrman and his wife, Joanna, are the proud parents of a high school soccer goalie, an Arkansas Razorback student, a paratrooper with the US Army’s 82nd Airborne unit, a daughter serving as a teacher and Marine son-in-law deployed to Okinawa, Japan and a married US Army officer-son currently serving with the Army Corps of Engineers in the Middle East.
