Patrick J. Sentner, SIOR, FRICS has served as the lead of the Office Tenant Representation | Occupier Team at Colliers in Pittsburgh since 9/1/23. Previously Mr. Sentner was an Executive Vice President within the Advisory & Transaction Services division of CBRE, Inc.’s Occupier Services Group in Pittsburgh, PA. Prior to joining CBRE in March 2017, Patrick was Founding Principal at Colliers International | Pittsburgh and NAI Pittsburgh Commercial where he specialized in directing office, industrial and user representation, while also playing an integral role in overall corporate services. During his real estate tenure, he was also a Vice President at Oxford Development Company.
With more than 29 years in the industry, Patrick’s vast knowledge of the local market, his ability to quickly and accurately evaluate a prospective tenant’s needs and options, as well as his connectivity with the brokerage community, enable him to guide his clients successfully toward their real estate objectives.
Patrick has also been a member of SIOR for 22 years and has served in various leadership roles throughout the organization, including as SIOR Global President, the SIOR Board of Directors, the Western PA Chapter, and The SIOR Foundation Board of Trustees. He has also received various accolades throughout his career, including the Colliers International’s Everest Award for Top Performance four times, NAI Global’s Top Performer Award three times, NAI Global’s Vision Award, to name a few.
