Patrick Ley is a Partner with ECR focusing on project leasing and helping businesses with their office and healthcare leasing and sales requirements. With a true passion for commercial real estate and exceeding his clients’ goals, Patrick manages the leasing for a portfolio in excess of 2,500,000 SF and has completed hundreds of lease and sale transactions since 2010. Patrick's experience with multiple property types and requirements gives him the ability to thoroughly educate and guide his clients on market opportunities and strategies to achieve the best possible commercial real estate solution.
Outside of ECR, Patrick served as the 2020-2021 President of Ronald McDonald House Charities of Central Texas. He is also a proud graduate of the 2012 Leadership Austin Emerge program, a recipient of the Eagle Scout Award, and has been named a Top 20 Young Philanthropist by Citizen Generation, a "10 to Watch in 2014" by TRIBEZA Magazine, and a 2015 Austin Under 40 Finalist & 2016 Au40 Award Winner.
Patrick received his undergraduate degree in Art with an Economics minor from Centre College in Danville, Kentucky where he was a two-letter, All-Conference collegiate athlete in swimming and track and field, while serving as the captain for the swimming team
