I have over 30 years of wide-ranging experience acting for occupier, private and institutional clients on leasing, investment and on refurbishment/ development projects in the Central London market. I build and maintain strong client relationships, collaborating with established blue-chip companies such as The Economist for many years, as well as advising start-ups from inception to development. I also have experience of working within the emerging tech and sciences space, understanding specialist industry requirements. I have also undertaken international real estate work on behalf of clients in the US, Canada and France.
I founded Equipe Real Estate Advisors in 2007 and then merged this in 2012 to co-found bbg in 2012. Previously I was a Partner at GVA Grimley and a Director of Colliers.
I am a Freeman of the City of London and a Liveryman of the Worshipful Company of Chartered Surveyors in the City of London.
In my spare time I am a keen cyclist enjoying a commute along the canals of London, as well as being an active member of my local cycling club taking part in races and cycling expeditions across the UK and Europe.
