Mike Tabeek, serves as senior managing director and Market Leader in the Las Vegas office, as a specialist in investment sales and office leasing, successfully advising buyers and tenants in the management of their real estate assets. He has experience in all aspects of real estate, including valuation, strategic planning, property optimization and tenant representation, from site selection to occupancy. A passionate client-advocate, Mr. Tabeek is known for his detailed understanding of market trends and insights, strong negotiation skills and intuitive ability to assist clients in maximizing their real estate value. Throughout his career he has completed transactions totaling over $500 million which include major medical, health care and governmental clients.
A 14-year veteran of commercial real estate, Mr. Tabeek joined NGKF in 2008. Prior to his real estate career, he was a liberal arts major and played baseball at the College of Southern Nevada.
