Bob Pielsticker, SIOR, has been with CBRE, Inc. for 25 years and engaged in real estate brokerage and valuation since 1983. As a Senior Vice President of CBRE, Inc., his duties are focused on occupier services for office and industrial corporate clients, investment sales and development. He also manages the CBRE offices in Tulsa, Fayetteville & Little Rock as player/coach with oversite to 35 brokers. Before joining CBRE, Bob was VP of Trammell Crow Company, responsible for corporate clients and a 5 msf portfolio. Prior to entering the brokerage field in 1993, Bob owned and operated a nationally focused valuation firm with offices in seven major cities, appraising over $1B of commercial and residential properties.
