David Bauman, SIOR, CCIM is a Principal at Lee & Associates who specializes in office and industrial sales and leasing. David is a seasoned veteran with over 30 years in the commercial real estate industry, with a wide range of experIse including sales, leasing, and appraisal assignments.
David is a proud CerIfied Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) and served on the Board of Directors of the Southern Nevada Chapter as the Director of Programs Chair as well as Membership Chair.
He also obtained the SIOR designaIon, a professional designaIon of the highest level of knowledge, producIon, and ethics in the industrial and office real estate industry. David has been recognized as a Costar Powerbroker mulIple Imes in the Las Vegas metropolitan area.
David is a graduate of Arizona State University, where he received a Bachelor of Science in Business with extensive emphasis in Real Estate.
Outside of the office, he is an avid golfer and passionate live music fan playing guitar in Las Vegas bands.

Prior to joining Lee & Associates, David was a Senior Vice President at LOGIC Commercial Real Estate and a Senior Advisor for MDL Group. He launched his career as a commercial real estate appraiser with a large regional economic and consulIng company, performing both appraisals and in-depth economic studies. This posiIon quickly led him to begin working within the Las Vegas real estate market in the late 1980’s. His experience includes virtually every type of commercial property in Southern Nevada, Arizona and California.
