Jack Donahue is the Founder and Principal of Donahue Real Estate Advisors, one of southwestern Pennsylvania’s most respected independent tenant representation and real estate advisory firms. With more than four decades of commercial real estate experience, Jack brings a rare depth of experience and knowledge in representing a wide variety of tenants seeking office and flex space locally and nationally.
Since founding Donahue Real Estate Advisors in 2010, Jack has built a firm defined by trust, integrity, and an unwavering commitment to ethical, conflict-free tenant advocacy. Clients served by Jack include tech, medical tech, pharma, law firms, and financial services organizations.
Jack began his career in the Pittsburgh office of Grubb & Ellis Company, where he spent 15 years representing both landlords and tenants. He later joined Highwoods Properties, a publicly traded REIT headquartered in Raleigh, North Carolina. Jack then returned to Pittsburgh, spending 10 years in the brokerage division of Oxford Development Company before starting Donahue Real Estate Advisors.
Deeply engaged in public service, Jack serves on the Board of Directors of the Ireland Institute of Pittsburgh (formerly as Chairman) he is currently in his second term as a member of the Board of Supervisors for the Township of Pine (Chairman), and is on the Board of the Northern Regional Police Department where he contributes to responsible governance and community advancement.
