Dario has a Bachelor Degree in International Business from Monterrey Tech Institute (ITESM), and he is a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) in the US and Mexico and SIOR member since May 1st of 2013.
He worked as Marketing & Sales Manager for the industrial developments division of Grupo GP in Monterrey, Mexico from 1997 thru 1999 doing leasing, land and construction sales. From 2000 thru 2003 he was the Sales Director for Corporate Properties of the Americas (CPA) in Monterrey, Mexico doing property leasing, sale-lease backs, and portfolio acquisitions.
In 2003 he co-founded Citius Capital, and has been responsible for the search and contact of potential clients, market research, and brokerage of industrial real estate transactions. Dario moved to Queretaro in 2011 to contribute with the expansion of the company and took the responsibility of leading the Central Mexico Region. In 2020 Citius AG is born as a result of a merger between Citius Capital and Alles Group Monterrey becoming the leading independent firm in Mexico.
Dario has 27 years of experience in the industrial real estate sector in Mexico and has represented many multinational companies in their site selection and corporate services along this time. Capital markets, Build-to-suits are other areas of his expertise.
