A KLNB principal with more than 35 years of industry experience, Jim specializes in office and industrial leasing and sales. Energized by the multifaceted nature of his role, Jim embraces every opportunity to tackle a new real estate challenge, collaborate with team members, and immerse himself in clients’ operational nuances. Jim lends his expertise with younger brokers as well as being a member of the firm's Executive Committee.
Prior to joining KLNB, Jim was Vice President of a Baltimore-based real estate firm and served on leadership boards for SIOR and NAI Global. He graduated from Loyola University.
