A Certified Commercial Investment Member of the CCIM Institute, and a Member of the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors, (SIOR) Jorge specializes in International Investment transactions and concentrates on dispositions / acquisitions for U.S. investors and on Latin American International Investments, helping Mexican nationals with all their investment requirements. His select clients include: NF Management, Univision, Texas Newport Group LP, KMV Investments LLC, STRAUS, Marisco Holding, Breakie Holdings LLC, Bengali Monis LLC , Mesa Investment Group and multiple high net worth individuals and private equity groups.
Prior to joining NAI Excel, Jorge was Vice President of Investment sales at Rohde Ottmers, and a Senior Associate with Kennedy Wilson. Preceding Kennedy Wilson, Mr. Rodriguez was an Associate with Newmark Grubb Knight Frank where he was a part of the Latin Investment Services Division.
Mr. Rodriguez served as a country director for Global Works, a leader in summer community service programs for high school students that provides an enriching experience in community service, cultural exchange, adventure travel and language immersion. Jorge’s experience as a trip director and guide with Global Works enabled him to travel through Costa Rica, Ecuador, Mexico, Peru and Guatemala. He has also served as a sports director/anchor for the Spanish language television network Univision for 12 years in San Antonio, Miami and Los Angeles. Covering some of the most important soccer leagues in Mexico, which led to an opportunity to cover the 2006 FIFA World Cup for Republica Deportiva, a weekly two-hour sports show on Univision. He also worked for Azteca America, ESPN Deportes and a Spanish play by play analyst for the San Antonio Spurs. Mr. Rodriguez has a strong desire to help his clients make informative real estate decisions on their investments, that best suit their short and long-term goals.
