Billy Snowden is a Principal and Executive Vice President with the Lee & Associates office in Atlanta. Mr. Snowden specializes in the representation of institutional landlords and local and national tenants in the greater Atlanta Metropolitan area with a focus on the I-75 Northwest and I-20 West Atlanta submarkets. His focus is to provide a full-service approach to each assignment tailored around the specific needs, objectives and resources of each client. As a member of the Lee Atlanta Agency Services team Mr. Snowden has executed leasing, site acquisition and investment sale assignments on behalf of many of the nation’s leading multi-market landlords, including Prologis, Link Industrial, IDI Logistics, Panattoni, Ares, Scannell Properties, Cabot and Becknell. Billy has been repeatedly recognized as a top producer since joining the Lee Atlanta office in 2011.
Prior to joining Lee & Associates, Billy worked with Weaver & Woodbery Real Estate, an Atlanta boutique real estate development and investment firm. His experience focused on property management and financial underwriting of potential investment opportunities.
