During his nearly 12 years at Stream Realty Partners, Adam established himself as Austin’s leading industrial real estate broker, completing over 700 transactions totaling more than $1.5 billion in consideration.
As the founder of Lee & Associates’ Austin office, Adam leads a full-service brokerage team specializing in industrial, land, office, retail, and multifamily real estate. His team provides comprehensive services, including leasing, tenant representation, acquisitions, dispositions, and development consulting, to help clients navigate Austin’s rapidly evolving market.
