Jake Haas is a vice president in the Portland office of Kidder Mathews. Since joining Kidder Mathews in 2010, Jake has focused his practice on the sale, acquisition and leasing of office and investment properties primarily in the Portland metropolitan area and I-5 corridor. While at Kidder Mathews, Jake has closed more than 250 transactions totaling more than $270 million dollars in value.
Prior to joining Kidder Mathews, Jake Haas was a financial analyst with ScanlanKemperBard Companies. His real estate experience includes acquisitions, dispositions, leases, construction, and financial and debt analysis. In 2008 alone, he underwrote more than $1.3 billion in assets for office, industrial, retail, self-storage and multi-family properties on the West Coast. Jake has a strong understanding of the investment market, market rents, improvement costs and market trends. Jake is committed to sustainability practices and holds the LEED GA (Green Associate) credential from the Green Building Certification Institute.
