Houston market. With nearly two decades of experience as a broker and owner
in commercial real estate, Jim is a seasoned leader in the real estate industry
and brings a wealth of experience and a proven track record of success.
Jim’s dedication, passion and ability to innovate hold immeasurable value
to his clients and enhance every project.
Prior to joining KBC, Jim served as the executive vice president and managing
director of the Industrial and Investment Services Group at Moody Rambin.
His expertise is wide reaching with experience including landlord
representation, tenant and buyer representation, property disposition,
build-to-suit evaluations, sale-leaseback and investment sales. Over the
past ten years, Jim has completed leases and sales totaling over $500M.
In his time at Moody Rambin, Jim was instrumental in driving growth,
innovation and operational excellence. His role extended beyond division
leadership as he actively contributed to the strategic direction of the company
by serving on the board of the Executive Management Team.
Jim has also had the privilege of training and mentoring a significant number
of brokers throughout his career. His dedication to professional development
is underscored by his ability to guide emerging talent, helping them
meaningfully contribute to the success of an organization.
Jim attended Baylor University, where he studied business administration.
His Baylor pride runs deep, as he was an All-American Pole Vaulter for the
Bears. His is also a Baylor Alumni Association Life Member and participates
in the Baylor “B” Association.
