Dan specializes in Industrial, Office, and Investment properties but is experienced in all aspects of commercial real estate. Dan is the only real estate agent in Stark County with the prestigious SIOR Designation (Society of Industrial and Office Realtors).
He has represented numerous owners and tenants on sales and leasing of office, industrial, retail, land, and investment properties.
Dan is also very active in the community and has served and currently serves on many boards including Meals on Wheels of Stark and Wayne County, Salvation Army, Leadership Stark County, Stark County Board or Realtors Grievence Committee Chair, and numerous other boards and non-profits.
Dan is married and has two children.
