Since 1989, Dave has been responsible for more than 9 million square feet of commercial transactions in the Louisville, KY-IN Metro area (north/central Kentucky and Southern Indiana). He has extensive experience in the lease, sale, and purchase of industrial real estate.
Since 2005, he has served as principal broker of a dynamic, 8-person, independent Louisville brokerage, namely, Commonwealth Commercial Real Estate. He is a Louisville native (50+ years), husband/dad (25+ years), recovering CBRE broker (7 years), former Colliers broker (5 years), and Louisville City FC fan (3 years).
