With a distinguished career spanning over more than two decades in the real estate sector, I began my journey in project development of commercial properties based in Frankfurt, Germany. I then advanced to corporate real estate management with a leading German construction company, gaining invaluable experience in large-scale asset oversight. My career progressed as Managing Director of the real estate division of a prominent family office, followed by a role as Director of Real Estate Investment and Asset Management for an Anglo-American distressed investor, also in Frankfurt.
Seeking new challenges, I relocated to Vienna, Austria, where I served as an executive board member of a publicly listed real estate company. For the past fifteen years, I run my own firm Phorus as a real estate consultant, specializing in investment, asset management, and strategic advisory services.
