Matthew A. Bittel, SIOR is a highly regarded and accomplished broker with over 20 years of commercial real estate experience and has completed more than 20 million square feet of transactions valued in excess of $1 billion dollars.
Mr. Bittel represents the interest of corporate real estate owners and users and his comprehensive approach focuses solely on his clients' goals. He has been active in South Florida’s real estate market and has concentrated on both the sales, tenant and landlord representation in addition to being responsible for marketing and leasing Flagler Station—South Florida’s largest business park that consists of 5.5 million square feet of industrial, office, and flex space. Mr. Bittel is active in key industry organizations, including the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (SIOR), National Association of Industrial and Office Properties (NAIOP) and the Commercial Industrial Association of South Florida (CIASF).
He has served on the Board of Directors and Executive Committees of numerous organizations, including the United Way of Miami-Dade’s Young Leaders and the University of Miami’s Citizen’s Board. Mr. Bittel resides in Miami with his wife, Melissa, and their three children.
