Prior to joining Horizon, John Hollenbach, Jr. earned his Master’s Degree from the University of Louisville College of Business and worked in a number of corporate logistics and finance roles. During this time, he gained commercial real estate experience as a partner of Hollenbach Group, LLC, participating as an investor in the owning, operating, managing, buying, and selling of real estate and other business and investment entities.
In 2018, John joined Horizon as an associate and quickly began working with tenants, landlords, business owners, and investors across all asset types before narrowing his focus toward the office and industrial sectors. John is a member of Kentucky Commercial Real Estate Alliance (KCREA) and, in 2019, was recognized as a Louisville Business First “20 People to Know in Real Estate” honoree. In 2021, he earned his Broker’s License in the state of Indiana. He is also the co-recipient of the Costar 2023 Industrial Deal of the Year for the Louisville, KY market. Due to his strong work ethic and enthusiasm for continuous learning, John has achieved the esteemed SIOR designation, distinguishing his talents from those of his peers.
