Street Jones, SIOR is a Principal at RCR with over a decade of commercial real estate experience. He brings with him a background in business banking, working at The Fidelity Bank before transitioning into commercial real estate. Street is an active member of the National Association of Realtors as well as the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (SIOR) where he sits on both national and chapter level committees, serving as the 2023 Chairman of the Independent Brokerage Group. SIOR represents today's most knowledgeable, experienced, and successful commercial real estate brokerage specialists and Street is proud to be one of the less than 0.5% of members to hold both the office and industrial specialist designation.
Street advises occupiers of commercial real estate in both office and industrial product types working with corporate users across a spectrum of industries with a focus on LBM, Technology, Professional Service, Legal, Healthcare, Manufacturing and Distribution. His work includes building strategy and negotiating on tenant and buyer representation assignments, assisting occupiers with the disposition of excess space. Street is focused on building lasting client relationships by providing the highest level of service. Over the last two years, he and his team have completed over 3,000,000 square feet of transactions across 26 states. He feels strongly about educating his clients on the market and excels in areas of analysis of space needs, site/space analysis and selection, and lease or purchase negotiations.
A Raleigh native, Street is a graduate of Needham B. Broughton High School and attended Hampden-Sydney College in Virginia where he received a B.A. degree in History. He is now an active participant in alumni associations of both institutions. In his free time, he enjoys hunting, exploring new recipes, and traveling with his wife Ashton, son E, and daughter Wells.
