Sean Henrick, a Vice Chair in the Chicago Office of Cushman & Wakefield, Inc., specializes in business development and client services such as structuring and negotiating commercial leases and
assisting with the acquisition and disposition of owned or leased properties and land for corporate and
institutional owners and users. Sean has completed a wide variety of transactions for warehousing,
distribution, manufacturing and e-commerce companies. Since joining Cushman & Wakefield in 2006,
the obligations to his clients have consisted of developing and implementing sales and marketing plans from origination to execution. This has resulted in the completion of over 1,000 transactions totaling an excess of 50 million square feet with an aggregate value of more than $1.5 billion.
