Leah Bailey, SIOR, is a commercial real estate executive with more than 30 years of experience in industrial leasing, sales, and development. She began her career as an office broker before transitioning to the development side of the business, where she has built a reputation for market insight, execution, and long-standing broker relationships.
At Red Rock Developments, Leah leads the leasing and disposition of speculative industrial developments across the firm’s parks and oversees the marketing of Red Rock’s build-to-suit capabilities on both company-owned and third-party sites. She works closely with brokers and clients to strategically position projects, drive leasing velocity, and deliver successful outcomes. Leah also oversees third-party property management to ensure assets are well maintained and operating efficiently.
Leah supports industrial projects throughout the East Coast and Midwest and is known for her direct, relationship-driven leadership style and deep understanding of industrial leasing and development execution. She plays a central role in advancing Red Rock Developments’ industrial platform and expanding its presence in key growth markets.
Outside of work, Leah enjoys spending time with her family and friends. She is a past member of the Junior League and remains active in her church, Myers Park Presbyterian. Leah holds a degree in economics and real estate from Appalachian State University. She is married to Brad A. Bailey, and they have two daughters, Caroline and Lily Grace.
