Tom Bajardi is a commercial real estate broker with Sansone Group. During his 27 year career, he’s completed over 1,000 transactions in 41 states, managing sales and leasing volume in excess of $1 billion. Tom specializes in tenant and landlord representation in the St. Louis office market. He is a member of Sansone’s Principal Circle. Tom is a member of the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (www.sior.com) and is a Certified Commercial Investment Member (www.ccim.com), has served as President of the St. Louis Chapter, and received the CCIM of the Year Award. He’s previously served on the MGA Board of Directors, YMCA Board of Managers, been a Corporate Achiever for the MS Society, and devoted time to Big Brothers/Big Sisters, Ronald McDonald House, and Habitat for Humanity. Tom is a 1996 graduate of the University of Missouri-Columbia where he graduated Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration.
