Joe joined Avison Young in September 1991 after a brief career as an educator, working in the UK. During his commercial real estate career, Joe has gained a wide range of experience working with national and multinational users and owners of corporate real estate.
Over the years, his main goal has consistently been one where all necessary internal and third party resources are brought to bear to ensure that his clients’ real estate objectives are achieved and their expectations surpassed. This is evidenced by the long term relationships that he has enjoyed with his clients throughout his career. Joe has been a principal of the firm since 2000 and has been recognized as a Top Producer.
Joe is a firm believer in giving back to his community and as such he is a committed volunteer and fundraiser for many organizations including the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation and the Canadian Cancer Society.
As a strong proponent of continued professional development in the commercial real estate industry, Joe is involved with many initiatives of the Society of Industrial & Office Realtors and has served on the Executive Board as well as the SIOR Central Canada Chapter President.
