Before entering commercial real estate, Greg built and operated a successful sole proprietorship over a 15-year career in the film industry, contributing to international productions spanning from Kenya to Kathmandu and traveling to more than 26 countries. That background shaped the qualities that define his real estate practice today: meticulous attention to detail, creative problem-solving, and an unwavering commitment to follow-up and follow-through.
Now in his fifth year in commercial real estate, Greg has completed more than $37 million in transaction volume and earned his CCIM designation in just his third year — a testament to his accelerated professional growth and dedication to the discipline. He is currently a Member Associate of the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (SIOR) and is actively working toward that designation.
