Jaime Henson, CCIM, began selling real estate in 2018 and immediately recognized her passion for all things commercial real estate related. In March 2019, she made the decision to refocuse her brokerage practice by specializing 100% in the sale and lease of commercial real estate. As a Commercial Broker with Crye-Leike Commercial, Memphis, Jaime specializes in the sale and lease of industrial distribution warehouses, flex spaces and office buildings. She is licensed in Tennessee and Mississippi as well as a member of the Memphis Area Association of Realtors (MAAR), Tennessee Association of Realtors (TAR), Mississippi Association of Realtors (MAR) and National Association of Realtors (NAR). In April 2024, Jaime earned her Certified Commercial Investment Member, CCIM, designation.
In December 2020 I made my mark in the industry as I represented a national company in the acquisition of a $10.5M distribution warehouse and then resold the property January 2025 for $14.1M. Thanks to this transaction I was able to take home MAAR's Commercial Council 2020 Pinnacle Award for New Comer of the Year. She was #1 Top Producer for 2024 at Crye-Leike Commercial, #2 Top Producer for 2020 and #3 Top Producer for 2023. She is the 2025 CCIM Memphis Metro Chapter President.
