Jake Ammon serves as Director for Franklin Street’s Office and Industrial Advisory Services team in Jacksonville, Fla. Mr. Ammon’s primary focus is to grow and lead the team servicing both investors and occupiers of office and industrial assets located in the North Florida region.
Mr. Ammon brings eight years of experience in the commercial real estate industry leasing and sales across multiple markets. He has represented investors, tenants & landlords in over 140 transactions, totaling in excess of $55 million of commercial property.
Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Ammon worked as Vice President at Addison Commercial Real Estate, Inc., in Jacksonville. Prior to entering into the commercial real estate industry, he served in the Navy as a Naval Officer stationed in Jacksonville, FL.
