Alex has focused on the Minneapolis/St. Paul Industrial market for over 15 years. First getting his start in industrial development and then moving to brokerage in 2014 at Transwestern. Alex co-founded Stack Industrial Partners—the Twin Cities' only brokerage exclusively focused on industrial real estate. Alongside one of his business partner Nate Erickson, SIOR, Alex represents tenants in lease negotiations, renewals, expansions and building sales.
