As a Senior Vice President within Avison Young’s GTA West Office and Special Facilities Group, Kurt commenced his career in commercial real estate in 2000 and specializes in large account and transaction management for both corporations and developers.
Kurt’s strengths include portfolio and strategic planning, negotiation, financial analysis and site selection/disposition work. He has a wide range of transaction activity in capital markets, office leasing, design build, sale leasebacks, land assembly and commercial re-developments.
