Michael Jeppesen is an award-winning industrial real estate broker with over three decades of experience and an extensive background in owner and tenant representation, institutional portfolio sales, leasing and development consultation. Prior to joining Colliers, Michael started his career with CBRE in 1992 until founding Industrial Property Group (IPG) in 2005.
Over the course of 17 years Michael and his team at IPG focused on quality of service over quantity of clients, offering a laser-focused approach to see clients through complex business transitions, always with an eye on providing bottom line value.
