In 2018, David Ellis started his own commercial real estate firm, Ellis Realty Advisors which he has built to over 7 agents and 4 employees servicing Eastern Massachusetts in just under three years. Ellis Realty Advisors is a multi-disciplined firm specializing in office, industrial, medical, retail, multifamily and hospitality. David is one of the most knowledgeable and professional agents in Massachusetts’s Commercial Real Estate Industry. With a background that includes construction, finance and real estate development along with a vast amount of leasing and sales transactions, David's experience and local market knowledge make him a commercial real estate expert in Eastern MA. His specialty is owner representation for the sales and leasing of commercial real estate as well as tenant and buyer representation for office, medical and industrial space.
Prior to starting his company, David was with Jack Conway & Co. where for seven years he was consistently listed as a top seller and/or lister in the commercial division. He credits his success to hard work, extensive networking, and keeping integrity and client’s needs above all else. David makes deals happen, always trying to be a part of the solution; facing challenges head on, focusing on the positive and maintaining professionalism.
In addition to his involvement within his company, David is also involved with the South Shore Health System’s President’s Circle, South Shore Hospital Golf Committee, Executive Committee of South Shore Economic Development Corporation, Quincy Chamber of Commerce and is a corporator at South Shore Bank. He has also works with many other local charitable organization including South Shore Habitat for Humanity, South Shore ARC, The Friendship Home, Cardinal Cushing Centers and the South Shore YMCA. David is also involved with other local chambers of commerce and trade organizations such as the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties (NAIOP) Greater Boston Real Estate Board, Commercial Brokers Association and Real Estate Finance Association.
David currently lives in Marshfield with his wife Jenna and their three children, Evelyn, Henry and Vera. David Graduated from Babson College in 2006 with a degree in Finance and Economics. His hobbies include Golf, Fishing, Hockey and Boston Sports.
