Previously, Michael held critical positions at renowned firms such as KW Commercial-Minneapolis and Transwestern Minneapolis, where he co-directed the Investment Sales Group. During his time at Transwestern, he played a pivotal role in the Bakken oil market of North Dakota, specializing in selling net-leased investment properties and 1031 Tax Deferred Exchanges within the CRE business.
