He also provides services such as market surveys, site selection, new lease and lease renewal negotiations, comprehensive lease audits, financial analysis, facilitation of government grant tax credit program accreditation, subleasing, buyouts and strategic consulting. Bruce has leased more than 5 million square feet on behalf of downtown tenants.
