Member groups form organically to represent the interests of their respective constituencies and help develop tailored value propositions that drive ROI as well as positively impact recruitment and retention efforts. Member Group Steering Committee members advocate for and drive initiatives and programming for their member group.
Description
An open group for Designees and Member Associates 45 years of age and under. Consists of a Chair, a Vice-Chair, and no more than 15 voting members. Its functions are to identify and recommend benefits and services that enhance the value of membership to these members. To promote these benefits, to plan and host Young Professionals' meetings and networking events, to recommend educational and professional development programming for conference events and breakout sessions, and to maintain a Young Professionals’ section of the SIOR website.
