In her current role, Richards’ focuses on matchmaking people and properties that are well-suited for each other. She specializes in creating stand-alone brands for each project; whether it is a new ground up development or a re-positioning effort for existing assets. She researches the origins of demand and applies macro-economic trends to the local market during the site selection process. She draws from her market insight, historical knowledge and long standing relationships to provide buyers, tenants, property owners and investors a best-in-class experience.
Bridget Richards is an entrepreneur who is fascinated with trend-spotting and developing business concepts to meet pent up demand. She has assisted in taking more than thirty companies public on the OTC:BB and helped establish dozens of successful start-ups from 1997 to 2001 while working with a private investment firm headquartered in Las Vegas. Bridget became engaged in commercial real estate in 2004 when she joined Shea Commercial, a leading developer of office projects throughout the Southwest region of the United States.
Richards has received several awards, including the CoStar Power Broker Award, 40 Under 40 and recognition as one of the 100 Most Influential Women in Las Vegas.
