Russell P. Elliott, SIOR, CCIM, Principal Managing Broker for Pointe Commercial Real Estate (PCRE) in Chattanooga, Tennessee. In 2015 Russ transitioned from Luken Holdings (formerly the Corker Group) to Pointe Commercial Real Estate assuming responsibility as the Principal Managing Broker for PCRE’s newly formed Brokerage Division serving Southeast Tennessee, Northwest Georgia and Northeast Alabama. Russ provides property acquisition, disposition and leasing services for PCRE clients both locally and regionally. Russ has over 35 years of Commercial Real Estate experience with an emphasis on Industrial and Office transactions in the Chattanooga market and surrounding areas with over 1,000 transactions completed. In addition to serving as the Managing Broker for PCRE, Russ is also responsible for leasing a large portfolio of company-held assets in the Office and Industrial segments. Russ is proficient in negotiating and closing commercial real estate transactions and has extensive knowledge and experience in construction of tenant finish improvements.
