Greg Klemmer joined Colliers International in 2012 and serves as the leader of the North Suburban team. He has focused on the leasing and sale of office and industrial properties in this specific geography for the majority of his 30+ year career and has an excellent sense of this market, where it’s been, and where it’s going.
With an education in industrial engineering, Mr. Klemmer especially enjoys the structural complexities and tangible nature of real estate. He takes a keen interest in the more technical nuances of a building’s construction and/or a space’s buildout, which is a curiosity that has often resulted in saving his clients time and money by identifying potential red flags early on.
Throughout Mr. Klemmer's career, he has always found that developing personal relationships with clients has resulted in the most rewarding and meaningful professional experiences. Whether in tenant or landlord representation, building trust and exercising empathy has allowed him to connect with his clients in such a way that they view him as a direct extension of their team, thus allowing him to share in their successes. Alongside Mr. Klemmer's immediate teammates as well as the larger Colliers organization, he always has his client’s best interests in mind and leverages the wide array of Colliers resources at his disposal to ultimately convert their needs into concrete results.
