TRANSWESTERN ROLE
Charlie is a commercial real estate agent specializing in tenant advisory and agency leasing, as well as acquisitions and dispositions of office, healthcare, and industrial properties in San Antonio and South Texas. His expertise in space utilization, optimization and planning has helped clients acquire their ideal location while considering their culture, vision and growth plans. Charlie brings integrity, market knowledge, and a client-first approach to customer service. Charlie also plays a key role in local and regional business development.
An indication of his commitment to clients and the commercial real estate industry, Charlie received the Society of Office and Industrial Realtors (SIOR) designation in 2015. SIOR, a global leading commercial real estate association, represents the world’s top producing agents with approximately 3,200 professionals around the globe. To achieve this milestone, an agent must meet strenuous production and education guidelines as well as be endorsed by fellow top professionals in the industry.

Prior to joining Transwestern, Charlie assisted in all aspects of developing build-to-suit packages, construction, and completion of numerous projects within the Cuatro Milpas industrial project in Corpus Christi, Texas.

Charlie graduated from Southern Methodist University – Dallas/Cox School of Business with a B.A. in Finance and a minor in History.
