A graduate of the University of Texas at Austin Business School in 1982. Started a career in Real Estate in Austin Texas and very shortly thereafter moved to New Jersey. Spending over 17 years with The Charles Klatskin Company in New Jersey specializing in both of Office and Industrial Real Estate. While at Charles Kaltskin Company obtained the Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) and the Dual Office and Industrial Designation of Society of Industrial Office Realtor (SIOR). Established Michael Falk & Company in 1998 relocating his family to South Florida. Being licensed in Texas, New Jersey and Florida the primary focus is South Florida Office and Industrial Real Estate. The Firm also provides due diligence and underwriting for major New York financial services firms Nationally. Designed intentionally as a boutique firm the Company and its over 33 years of experience, focuses on providing professional services for our customer base with a highly educated and knowledgeable sales force.
