Walt spent his early years San Diego and now lives in La Verne with his wife of 35 years, Marybeth. His two children Megan and Trevor attended UCLA and Dartmouth. Walt enjoys auto racing as a hobby.
Walt started his career at CBRE in 1983 right out of college. He founded and opened the Voit Real Estate Services Inland Empire Office in 2010. Walt now serves as one of the Corporate Board of Directors for Voit Real Estate Services a broker owned company.
