In 2011, Kevin earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Marquette University with concentrations in Commercial Real Estate and Finance. He joined Investors Realty, Inc. in 2011 as an Industrial Specialist and has developed a focus in Landlord, Seller, and Developer representation.
In that time Kevin has successfully handled 211 transactions spanning 3.5 million square feet of industrial space and 306.82 acres of industrial land. These deals combine for over $65.7 million in total value. He has been named a CoStar Top Power Broker Award for each of the past four years for industrial transaction volume.
Kevin currently represents 539,172 sq. ft. of industrial space and 262.16 acres of industrial land. Notable current and former clients include: Barger Properties, Black Hills Energy, Datashield Corporation, DRA Advisors, Industrial Realty Group, Oxbow Animal Health, Outlook Nebraska, Richland Development, Thrasher, Inc., Vacanti & Randazzo, White Lotus Group, and several private investment partnerships
