Since 2009, Chad has worked in the commercial real estate industry representing occupiers and investors on various investment and industrial transactions. For occupier clients, Chad leverages his background in finance and thorough understanding of the local market to work through lease negotiations and help make their real estate decisions a competitive advantage. For the investors and financial institutions he works with,
Chad delivers educated analysis which enables clients to gauge profit margins and work towards leasing their properties with qualified, long-term tenants.
BUSINESS AND EDUCATIONAL BACKGROUND
Prior to joining Colliers, Chad was an Associate Director at Gateway Commercial, an affiliate of Cushman & Wakefield in St. Louis. During his time at Gateway, Chad worked with several banking institutions such as First Bank, M&I Bank, Southwest Bank, Citizens National Bank and Enterprise Bank & Trust. Additional clients include Golden State Foods, TVS formerly Wainwright Industries, Ben Hur Steel Worx, etrailor, First Industrial Realty Trust, Panattoni Development, Cosmos, Apollo Express Inc., Duke Realty, Bassik Services, and MiTek Industries.
COMMUNITY INVOLVEMENT
In addition to his industry involvement, Chad currently holds the role of Advisor Board Member for Enterprise Bank & Trust’s Forum Board and is on the Advisory Board for Enterprise Bank & Trust - St. Peters and is a Committee Member for the Boys and Girls Club Clay Bird Shoot.
