Chris Peterson is a co-founding Principal of Lee & Associates – PNW. With a record of accomplishment over the past 15 years, his focus on Industrial Real Estate and Logistics Users has provided an invaluable resource to his clients. Chris's strength is in underwriting related to Client's operational requirements and ground-up development.

Chris received his CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member) designation in 2015, which is a designation for recognizing an expert in the disciplines of commercial and investment real estate. Additionally, Chris received his SIOR (Society of Industrial and Office Realtors) designation in 2020, which is a professional symbol of the highest level of knowledge, production, and ethics in the real estate industry.

Prior to forming Lee & Associates Commercial Real Estate Services, Chris spent 8 years working in many areas of focus, including, commercial leasing, sales, commercial development opportunities, investment analysis, and disposition/acquisition strategy.

Chris currently resides in Redmond with his wife, Krissy, their daughter, Elizabeth, and son, Christian. He is an avid golfer, hunter, and fisherman.
