Over 10 years of Real Estate experience in the Laredo, TX area and joined the
FORUM COMMERCIAL REAL ESTATE team in August 2013. Previously worked with
Exit Realty in Commercial and Residential markets. Prior to becoming a full time Real
Estate agent, I managed several BBVA Compass Bank branches in Laredo, TX. The
Banking experience along with my degree in Business Administration has provided me knowledge and understanding in the finance process, property valuation of Real Estate, and the business aspect of Real Estate that I can share with my clients. Specializing in Commercial Real Estate, I have Leased and Sold Industrial and Commercial properties along the US-Mexico Border markets.
Clients have included Logistics, Manufacturers, Customs Brokerage, Distribution and Freight
Forwarding Companies, and Developers.
